O.K. Well I love this idea, however I don’t see the point in this. Because as I understand it, the 4th amendment applies to you being forced into unreasonable search and seizure. I don’t believe that you are forced to take an airplane when you travel. You can drive charter, a private small plane, take a boat or even swim and/or walk. So you don’t have to fly in a plane, therefore you don’t have to be searched.

For the record I am against them increasing the security to such levels, but I don’t see that they are destroying our freedoms with it. I am much more in favor of eliminating the mandatory insurance law they have implemented. We should go back to, if you want to be covered by insurance, then you get insurance to cover yourself. Then you don’t have to hope the other driver has bought insurance. Because if you don’t buy it for yourself then you are not covered.  SIMPLE! But big insurance lobbyist being the way they are managed to get it passed and increase the power of insurance companies. Believe it or not before they got that law passed the insurance companies were not as large as they are now.

I’m sorry for ranting, but this sort of stuff aggravates me. People need to stop getting distracted and focus on real issues. Again Sorry
